Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most products. Items must be in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Eligible for Return
- • Sealed products (booster boxes, ETBs, etc.)
- • Accessories in original packaging
- • Incorrect items received
- • Damaged items (report within 48 hours)
- • Raw singles in described condition
Not Eligible for Return
- • Opened/unsealed products
- • PSA/CGC graded cards (final sale)
- • Grading service fees
- • Digital products or gift cards
- • Items damaged by customer
Graded Cards Are Final Sale
All PSA and CGC graded cards are final sale and cannot be returned. Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific card, contact us before ordering.
How to Return an Item

Receive Return Authorization
We'll review your request and send you a return shipping label if approved.
Ship Your Return
Pack items securely in original packaging and ship using the provided label.
Receive Your Refund
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or incorrect item
- Description of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs. All shipments are insured for your protection.
