1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the House of Cards N Collectables website (houseofcardsnco.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
2.1 Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
2.2 Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices do not include shipping unless specified.
2.3 Availability
Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion.
3. Card Grading Services
3.1 Third-Party Grading
Grading services are performed by third-party companies (PSA, CGC). We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for grades assigned. Final grades are determined solely by the grading company.
3.2 Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided by grading companies and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to volume, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
3.3 Card Condition
By submitting cards for grading, you acknowledge that:
- Cards may be handled, examined, and encapsulated
- Minor alterations to card condition may occur during handling
- Grades are subjective and final
- We are not responsible for grades assigned
3.4 Upcharges
Grading companies may apply upcharges for cards that exceed declared value thresholds. You are responsible for paying any upcharges before cards are returned. Unpaid upcharges may result in delayed returns.
Important Notice
Grading submissions are non-refundable once cards have been received by us. Please ensure you understand the grading process before submitting.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders for any reason. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until products are shipped.
4.2 Payment
Payment is required at time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
4.3 Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to verify payment information and may cancel orders suspected of fraud. High-value orders may require additional verification.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms and delivery information are outlined in our separate Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund policies are outlined in our separate Return Policy and Refund Policy. Graded cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of House of Cards N Collectables or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without permission.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Cards N Collectables shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless House of Cards N Collectables, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
