Processing times
Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST Monday–Friday are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends are processed the next business day.
During peak periods (holidays, new releases) processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll keep you updated via email.
Delivery areas
We ship to all Australian states and territories including NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, NT and ACT.
Note: remote areas may experience longer delivery times. PO Box addresses are accepted for standard shipping only.
International: we don't currently offer international shipping. International customers can use a mail forwarding service.
Insurance & tracking
Full insurance coverage
All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.
Order tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package any time via Australia Post.
Signature on delivery
Orders over $100 require signature on delivery for added security.
Shipping for grading submissions
For card grading submissions, return shipping is included in the service price. Your graded cards ship back via insured, tracked delivery.
When sending cards to us for grading, we recommend:
- Using registered/tracked shipping
- Purchasing insurance for valuable submissions
- Packaging cards securely in toploaders and bubble wrap
- Including your order confirmation in the package
