How long does card grading take?

Turnaround times vary by service level and START COUNTING WHEN YOUR CARDS ARRIVE AT PSA — travel time to and from PSA is not included and varies by carrier. Standard runs 40-50 business days with bulk pricing from $145/card (1-4 cards: $185, 5-9: $175, 10-24: $165, 25-49: $155, 50+: $145) and a max declared value of $1,500 USD. Express ($299/card, max $2,500 USD) is 20-30 business days and includes Grader Notes. Super Express ($649/card, max $5,000 USD) is 7-10 business days — our fastest service. What types of cards can I submit for grading?

We accept most trading cards including Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Dragon Ball Super, sports cards (NBA, AFL, Cricket), and more. Cards should be in reasonable condition - no major bends, water damage, or tears. We also offer comic book grading through PSA Comics and CGC Comics.

How should I prepare my cards for submission?

Place each card in a soft penny sleeve, then insert into a toploader or card saver. Secure with painter's tape (not regular tape as it can damage cards). Group cards together with rubber bands and pack in a sturdy box with padding. Include a printed copy of your order confirmation.

What happens if my card receives a low grade?

All cards are returned regardless of grade. While a low grade may be disappointing, authentication still provides value by confirming your card is genuine. You can always resubmit for a re-grade through PSA's review service if you believe there was an error.

What's the difference between PSA and CGC?

PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) is the most recognized grading company with the highest market premiums. CGC (Certified Guaranty Company) offers competitive pricing, detailed subgrades, and inner protective sleeves. Both provide excellent authentication - your choice depends on your goals and budget.

What is an upcharge and when does it apply?

An upcharge is an additional fee charged when a card's graded value exceeds the maximum declared value for your chosen service tier. Each tier has limits: Standard ($1,500 USD), Express ($2,500 USD), and Super Express ($5,000 USD). Cards exceeding these values will incur upcharges based on PSA's fee schedule. We'll notify you of any upcharges before your cards are returned. You'll have 15 days to pay via invoice. If not paid in time, we may sell the card to cover costs.

How do I track my order?

For grading submissions, visit our Track page and enter your order number (e.g., #1234 or HOC-1234). For product orders, you'll receive a tracking number via email once shipped. You can also log into your account to view all orders.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $150 Australia-wide. For orders under $150, standard shipping is $9.95 and express is $14.95. For grading submissions, return shipping is included in the service price.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Australia. International collectors can use a mail forwarding service if needed. We're working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days Australia-wide. Express shipping is 1-3 business days. Metro areas typically receive packages faster. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay/Zip for buy-now-pay-later. For wholesale orders, we also accept bank transfers.

How does store credit work?

Store credit is automatically applied to your account and can be used on any purchase. You can view your balance in your account dashboard. Store credit never expires and can be combined with other payment methods.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

We don't offer bulk pricing for individual collectors. However, if you're a store owner, reseller, or middleman service, please get in touch with us to discuss better rates and partnership opportunities.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Graded cards are final sale and cannot be returned unless there's a fulfillment error. See our Returns page for full details.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund. All shipments are insured for your protection.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Guest checkout is available for product purchases. However, an account is required for grading submissions so you can track progress, reveal grades, and manage your cards. Creating an account also lets you earn rewards and save addresses.

How does the grade reveal feature work?

Once your cards are graded, you can reveal each grade one at a time in your account. It's like opening a pack! Grades are hidden until you choose to reveal them, adding excitement to the grading experience.
