What the clock actually measures
The business-day estimate starts when your cards arrive at PSA in the US — not when you hand them to us. Add shipping time each way (we consolidate submissions into regular insured shipments), and remember business days exclude weekends and holidays.
That's also why two collectors who submitted the same week can get grades back on different dates — they may have ridden different shipments.
How to track yours
Every submission gets live status tracking in your account — from "received at HOC" through "at PSA" to "grades ready". When grades publish, you get the reveal experience online: open your account and flip your cards one by one.
Which tier should you pick?
Going to a tournament, a signing, or selling into a hot market? Super Express pays for itself. Building long-term collection value? Standard is the workhorse — especially at bulk-ladder prices. Somewhere between, with cards over $1,500 USD? Express raises the declared-value ceiling and adds Grader Notes.
